About this time in January of every year
I start missing my flowers and the happiness
that I get from them.
One of my sisters loves gardening as much as I.
The above pic was taken at her place.
The above hibiscus is another one of her
favorites. This plant has gone from my house
to hers and now is back at mine.
It's like the Sisterhood of the travelling Hibiscus.
These pics are meant to bring you some
sunshine today just because.
We will have many sunny days ahead,
even in this crazy weather
...............
For any of you whom have never had
snow or been in minus 30 or minus 40
weather, sometimes when you walk outside
it can be so bright that it is almost blinding.
The majority of us wear polarized sunglasses to help
protect our eyes from the glare off the snow.
I can already tell the days are starting to get a little longer,
and my house does not feel quite as cold as yesterday,
I have probably just adjusted though.
Hope your day is filled with love and happiness
Until next time,
try to have
Your Very Best Days!

aaahh I needed this sunshine. It's freezing here. Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week Cindy. Love this new blog. It feels like new beginnings. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteWe are snowed in here so I love the color Cinner. The hibiscus is one of my favorite flowers, as it is all over the place in Hawaii--my idea of true paradise. It is nice to see them and remember how warm things were there---thank you for this bit of cheer today! xoO
ReplyDeleteIt's a snow storm here today so it feels like winter is just beginning. But I hope your right that the days are getting longer and that spring is just around the corner, then u will get to relax in your back yard oasis.
ReplyDeleteI am one of the ones you are referring to regarding never been in subzero temperatures. Brrrr.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers bring beauty to a cold environment, right now, Cindy. Lovely!!! They are very bright and colorful.
Warm hugs,
Jackie
