Grateful!

I have been reading some blogs lately that are having a 30 day of gratitude month. It is a fabulous idea.

Today I have a reason to be so grateful, my husband was in an acident this morning, he was not hurt other than a few aches and pains, which I thank God for! I can not imagine if it were worse!
A young lady driving her fathers car hit him from behind. I am grateful they were both not hurt.
Sometimes just one moment can change our lives.
Two families were very lucky today!
The vehicles need some repairs, but that is not even important!

I am grateful that tonight I sat on the couch and held hands just being together knowing we were both feeling the same way.
Truly grateful!

  5. Sounds like your hubby was in a fender bender on his way to work. You and he have a good attitude and put people way up there over material things. Good for you. We each have our faults and things we work on to become better people but when you find someone like you did who you fit with and can love you in return that makes you feel truly loved, you are blessed. You are a loving woman, Cinner, and people who read your blog come to care about you and your husband.

  9. Char my dad had 5 artery bypass 7 years ago, he got out about 3 weeks later and a month later someone ran into him and Dads car was totalled. But my Dad when I asked him how he was doing, he just smiled and said, you know I kinda feel as if I was hit by a car! He was a tough ole guy, so I guess we were lucky we had him until this Spring.Big hug.
Cora, I will say a prayer for your Dad too,I hope he has good luck at his appointment and a safe return. Take care.

  11. I'm glad your hubby is OK. I had been in a vehicular accident in 2004 and everybody else in the family was in a state of shock after hearing the news. Now I'm still here and blogging, realizing more that there are a lot of things to be thankful for.^^
