Hello

Hi everybody, just a quick note to let you know that I am alive and well.
I spent the first five days away  with my younger sister. We spent most of the time making
bouguets, wedding invitations, wedding favors for her wedding coming up this fall. We had a great visit
together. Time seems to go by so quick. On Tuesdaay I awoke and had a fullblown panic attack about flying. Needless to say I, my fear almost got the best of me, but my schedule got a little off and my cataplexy was quite bad, but withm the insistance of my two sisters I made it. It was the first time I had to use a wheelchair....and even managed to have a laugh when the chair actually got away on my sister as we were going down a ramp. When we arrived the weather was dreary and raining, but has turned into wonderful weather. I have been sitting enjoying the green everywhere with Spring having arrived here. Oh how I love B.C.  Flowers are blooming and the air smells so fresh. I am hobbling around with my cane and managed to go walking out in Stanley Park. I just sat overlooking the ocean and smelling the sea, watching the birds and the ships roll by. It was wonderful. I still have a few days here and then back to my sisters. Here
is a picture of the totem poles in Stanley Park. The last time I was there was about twenty years ago. We talked about being there with my Dad and our Mom. Just such wonderful memories!
Here is one of the pics I took while out on one of our walks. The colors are beautiful....The marigold trees are all blooming as well. I did not get any pictures though...no batteries...ahhh.

Here is a view from one of the benches on the sea wall in Vancouver. I am so so lucky that my sisters and niece have taken such good care of me. without them I would not have been able to get around. I am excited about seeing my husband this week and then we are off to see my Mom for three days....By then hopefully Spring will have sprung in Alberta and I will b able to enjoy my yard. I have missd you alll so much.. I knew I would, I really feel like I haone forever, so I can hardly wait until I get back home and will pay you all an overdue visit. Until then take care and embrace every day.
