Color My World

I was playing around on my computer and this is what I came up with. I like things the brighter the better. Someone pointed out to me not long ago that I don't have a white wall in my house! That is true. I am not saying white is not okay, but for some reason I just feel better in a colored room. When I got sick we painted the living room a bright cheery yellow. It really helped make me feel better....Mind over matter! I do like the all white lace rooms with the old antique furniture. I would feel like a princess but I know I would eventually paint. Colors make me feel happy,,,Purple makes me feel vibrant! Blackmakes me feel safe and sexy and it is not even a color. Navy makes me feel cold and aloof. Sage or Moss Green makes me feel very calm. Red brings out my wildside(if I still have one) O h I must if I can be wild before 930 at night. I absolutely can not imagine a world with no color. Take notice of the beauty around you, the colors exude from within you as well in your personality, a beautiful smile, a touch, a nod, a look. I hope I got you thinking. Have a bright and glorious day....I am so very happy for this wonderful day! I hope you have a colorful one!

  1. Cinner, how did you do that? And, I have to say, it's quite pleasing and artistic. But, I know that about you! I don't have your email address, but if you'd give it to me off blog, I'd like to send you a picture from my house. I love coming to visit with you.

  2. Love what you made on the computer! Very pretty. I love color as well. Our first house every room was painted white and for some reason I loved it and just added color with other decorations. But this house, boy did the color come!! Love it!!

  4. Holly, just went into photoimpression and you can create it with a pencil or paintbrush. I got the program when my husband bought me binoculars at christmas...I like it more for what I can draw

Thanks Char, it is freehand. it took about 10 minutes...I took a course through Art Instruction Schools years ago, you know the one you see advertising to draw cartoons. I always wanted to be a cartoonist...no so much now.
Lois Thanks, Glad you have color, I knew you would. I used to do the color with the white in apartments and I think that is why I don't like white walls now. Hope you all have a great day.

  5. Cinner:
I saw where you asked Beth if she got your email address, but it was me that asked for it. And, if you thought it was Beth and sent it to her, than the answer for me is, "No, Cinner, I didn't get it!"
