A little More Odds and Sods!

Here is a picture of our Parliament building in Alberta.
I have always liked buildings with character!
As well as that politicians with character.
As far as my political views or political opinions,
I prefer to keep them to myself,
just the same as I do any religious beliefs.
Occassionally I get into a debate,
I did with my father when I was eighteen!
It was the first time I voted,
and I voted different than my father,
I remember him being upset because he saw it that I had just cancelled his vote.
I told him then that actually he had cancelled my vote!
I had forgotten about this until I was looking at the picture.
I think that was the first time I ever disagreed with my father!
The next time we voted we never discussed it!
LOL!
Back to the picture, they do have the most spectacular grounds in the summer.
I will have to get down and take some pictures,
At the lunch hours, it is full of wokers
soaking up the sun, listening to the water,
being in a park, just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown city.
I love visiting the grounds
and well I have to put it on my
to do list
..........
Tomorrow I will be participating in The Simple Things
hosted by Christina from Soul Aperture
If you do not know her, please have a visit.
Not only does she have fabulous photography,
she is a great cook, wonderful, wonderful
words always, famous for her word swoon,
She is one of Gods angels on earth,
That is exactly how I feel about her.
..............
Have a wonderful day everybody,
Remember our attitude either makes or breaks our day!
I think kindness and love
are more powerful

than any politics.
