Who Shut Out the Lights.

Sunday was a dull and dreary day,
nothing like the picture above,
it seemed  it  was dark
by about 430,
by 6 o'clock,
I felt like it was ten.
The short days of winter have arrived,
and so has flu and cold season.
And even Santa Claus has arrived in the mall this past Saturday!
It was Rodeo Week here in town,
and every year I think how I have never seen so many Stetsons and Cowboys
come out of the woodwork.
Apparently at the Rodeo one of the bulls jumped the shute
and ended up in the stands injuring four individuals.
He was wrangled up by a Hero Cowboy.
We went out for supper on Saturday night
and had one of the best meals out in a long time..
Sunday  I awoke with a cold again,
so pretty much have slept around the clock.
I do feel somewhat better now at midnight.
go figure....it is back to bed for me.
I hope you all have a great day,
and try to make it your
Best Ever.
........
Monday will
 be a flannel pj day,
sipping hot chicken noodle soup,
taking benyellen cough syrup,
drinking lots of water,
with kleenex box at my side.
How I will make it my Best Day Ever is Uncertain at this moment,
But what the heck I will try.
.......
Be well.

I am so sorry that you aren't feeling well Cinner.
Make it your best day ever by just taking care of yourself O.K.? I hope no one was seriously hurt in the accident. You just never know with animals what could happen.

  3. Cinner, get well soon! I'm sending some light and sun your way - finally after so many days of pouring rain all over Europe we do have a SUN. It feels good. It's not so strong as in the summer and it has the power to heal ... so sharing with you!!! you sound like you know how to take care of yourself - in deed chicken soup, lots of fluids and sleep are the best remedies - oh and don't forget to laugh, something funny to read or watch as laughter has a very strong healing power ;-) big hugs!!
