September, Oh how I welcome you.
The summer months have been somewhat complicated.
You see boy and girl had some personal  issues.
Nothing serious although we somehow manage
to make the other pull out their hair.
Husband turned sixty and decided he is on a new health kick.
Awesome I say.....So no drinking, cutting back on his smoking
has left said husband well .....A Grumpy Old Man!,
and as for myself I had been informed That
I am not  Sympathetic.
I can't imagine how he can think that!
Maybe it was that suck it up Buttercup remark.
Little does he know that I have refrained from
any violence that involved a rolling pin,
and that biting of my tongue has
caused a permanent ridge on my tongue.
And so we had our moments and I felt our love
was being tested. Somehow by the grace of God
we are holding hands and just celebrated
our Anniversary the end of August.
I feel we are on track and in a good place
I do feel like I have neglected friends and family
as I seemed to focus more on myself
and my hubby.
I feel I have just come up for air,
and I breathe in deeply.
Life is good again!
Until next time,
Cinner

    1. Hi Olivia, He is a good guy and I just really needed some of those reminders which I told myself a lot. Ha Ha, I have not been feeling the best so I know we have both been on edge. Anyway if there were no downs in life we would not enjoy the ups...glad to be back. I have missed you.

  9. Wow 60 is a biggy and he is probably feeling the need to feel young again. I know I thought 50 would be the best year and it turned out to be the worst for me. Not hubby he rolls with the punches and cruises along. Drives me crazy sometimes haha. So glad you weathered the storms though. Love to you both
